Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 6–9 business days. Estimated total time from order to doorstep is therefore around 7–11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally carrier delays, high-demand periods, or incomplete address details can extend these timeframes.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Order issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@calisanela.com and we'll put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help where we can.
